Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for online, kiosk, voice, and audio user interfaces.
• Apply usability principles to ensure content strategy contributes effectively to the user experience.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate text into interactive designs.
• Adapt writing processes to meet specific project requirements and constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or a related design discipline.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating range in UX writing abilities.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, including experience strategy, visual design, and interaction design.
• Background in design-related fields such as industrial design, human factors, psychology, or design management.
• Expertise in writing for voice and audio user interfaces.
• Knowledge of design research and usability principles.
• Ability to work in an organized and accountable manner.
• Degree in any field.
