Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the UK market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various technical job openings.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and activity logs.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven expertise in IT Recruitment and Staffing Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
