Description

You will configure, manage, and integrate UKG Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Kronos features including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Leave/Absence rules.
• Implement configurations such as Pay rules, Work rules, Accruals, HyperFinds, and Dataviews.
• Integrate systems using WIM/KIM, REST APIs, and data interfaces.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and generate necessary reporting.
• Manage UKG Dimensions tenant setup, testing, and release management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
• Expertise in UKG Kronos and Workforce Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with WIM/KIM and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing data interfaces.
• Proven ability in UKG Dimensions tenant setup and testing.
• Experience with release management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HyperFinds and Dataviews.
