Description

Lead technical and functional implementations within the UKG ecosystem, focusing on migrations from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions. You will define end-to-end technical solutions and direct a team of consultants in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration process from WFC to Dimensions, including cutover activities.
• Define end-to-end technical solutions for WFC and Dimensions ecosystems.
• Direct a team of consultants to deliver architecture solutions within Agile project delivery methodology.
• Implement and maintain system solutions using established technical principles and procedures.
• Participate in scrum teams to drive project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), including WFC and WFD (Work Force Dimensions).
• Proven experience migrating from WFC to Dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, Mobile App, and System configuration.
• Technical expertise in WFC/Dimensions modules such as Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, and Extensions.
• Experience with SaaS solutions involving integration, security, network, and platform architecture.
• Integration experience using Dell Boomi or WebMethods.
• Functional knowledge of Payroll, General Ledger, and Accounting principles.
• Experience working in Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as a hands-on technical lead.
