Description

Manage the configuration and support of the UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling module within a healthcare setting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of UKG WFC Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Manage workforce scheduling across multiple departments to meet clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
• Troubleshoot UKG WFC issues including Employee Self Service (ESS) functionality, shift swaps, and time-off requests.
• Implement and optimize ESS features to provide staff with real-time schedules and availability management.
• Configure shift swap and shift bidding processes to ensure compliance with healthcare policies and staffing requirements.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in UKG WFC.
• Advanced Scheduling configuration expertise.
• Experience working within healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of Employee Self Service (ESS) management.
• Understanding of healthcare labor laws and regulatory staffing requirements.
