You will architect and implement UKG Pro HCM solutions, managing the full project lifecycle from initial requirements through to hypercare.
Responsibilities
Architect UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance.
Lead the full project lifecycle, including business analysis, technical specification, system configuration, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and client meetings regarding integrations, development, and data conversion.
Design technical solutions that consider the platform technology stack and all upstream and downstream system dependencies.
Communicate complex architectural designs and integration requirements to key client leadership.
Required Skills
6+ years of technical experience in UKG Pro HCM integrations, conversions, and development.
6+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of UKG Pro HCM projects, covering configuration, design, and testing.
Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware.
Hands-on experience with UKG and HCM integrations.
6+ years of experience facilitating technical requirements gathering workshops.
Proven ability to perform business analysis and create technical specifications.
Experience with system configuration and design.
Ability to travel 10-50% as required by client needs.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
6+ years of external consulting experience.
6+ years of experience with other HRIS implementations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Visio, and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
6+ years of experience with the UKG technology stack and related HR, Payroll, and Talent functional processes.
