You will serve as the functional lead for UKG Workforce Dimensions implementations, driving functional workstreams from requirements to configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams within the UKG Workforce Dimensions environment.
• Drive implementation processes based on defined functional requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution designs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Deep functional expertise in UKG Workforce Dimensions.
• Proven track record in leading implementation workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
