Description

You will build and maintain complex enterprise software solutions, owning features from architecture through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop complete features spanning front-end components and backend systems using UniData, Universe, or UniBasic.
• Create design specifications, documentation, and unit testing plans.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-production support to internal clients.
• Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or technical engineering.
• Proven experience developing custom application software using UniData, Universe, or UniBasic.
• Proficiency with Python server-side technologies and UNIX environments.
• Experience implementing Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7.
• Background in Software Architecture and Data Architecture.
• Competency in Front-End Development and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to work within DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CFR 21 Part 11 compliance and the healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of instrument interfaces such as ASTM.
