Description

You will manage the strategy, deployment, and optimization of Cisco collaboration services, leading delivery projects and resolving complex customer issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery projects and serve as the primary contact for problem resolution.
• Create, review, and approve Design Recommendations, HLD, LLD, and Implementation or Change Management Plans.
• Troubleshoot complex compatibility issues by building or leveraging test environments.
• Coordinate with TAC to resolve P1 and P2 incidents.
• Develop digital intellectual capital, including scripts and digital signatures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Unified Collaboration environments.
• Hands-on expertise with UCCE components: ICM, PG, CVP, CTI, Finesse, and CUIC.
• Strong proficiency in CC implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating Design Recommendations, High Level Design (HLD), and Low Level Design (LLD).
• Expertise in Implementation and Change Management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Cisco account teams and partners on solution deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and exposure to UCCX.
