Description

You will provide architectural and infrastructure support for collaboration and communication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, integrate, and manage Cisco Unified Communications systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and services including CUCM, CUC, IMP, Jabber, Webex, and video infrastructure.
• Own technical issues from initial identification through to final resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and carriers to optimize system security and performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of communication technology from selection to retirement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• 4+ years of telecommunications experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Expressway/VCS.
• Hands-on experience with Switches, Routers, and F5 load balancers.
• Proficiency with DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, and QoS.
• Experience using Cisco Meeting Server and Wireshark for troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.
