Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and plan unified communications solutions based on organizational needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Deploy and configure unified communications systems including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of unified communications infrastructure; troubleshoot issues and perform regular updates and patches.
• Integrate unified communications systems with other IT components such as network infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services.
• Implement security measures to protect communication channels, data, and endpoints, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

Skills Required:

• 6-15 years of relevant experience in unified communications/voice & video engineering
• VoIP and enterprise voice service deployment/operations
• Video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools configuration
• Active Directory integration and identity/access management for communications
• Cloud services integration and security standards compliance

Good to Have:

• Network infrastructure experience
• SIP and RTP familiarity
• Firewalls and VPN implementation/operations

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
