You will own the implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise-wide telecom and VoIP systems.
Responsibilities
Implement and support all Telecom and VoIP systems including SIP, Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCME), Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, IPCC, UCCX, CUCI, CAD, and Finesse.
Architect and operate new UC solutions to ensure high availability for mission-critical services.
Design quality UC system architectures that prioritize reliability and ease of maintenance.
Manage SIP trunks and VoIP circuits.
Integrate UC platforms with multiple applications and design monitoring systems to track performance metrics.
