Description

You will own the implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise-wide telecom and VoIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCME), Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, IPCC, UCCX, CUCI, CAD, and Finesse.
• Architect and operate new UC solutions to ensure high availability for mission-critical services.
• Design quality UC system architectures that prioritize reliability and ease of maintenance.
• Manage SIP trunks and VoIP circuits.
• Integrate UC platforms with multiple applications and design monitoring systems to track performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications.
• Proficiency with Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCCE/UCME).
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity.
• Knowledge of IPCC, UCCX, and CUCI.
• Familiarity with CAD and Finesse.
• Strong understanding of SIP protocols.
• Any Graduate degree.
