Description

You will manage UNIX infrastructure, including HP-UX and IBM AIX, ensuring high availability and security for enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UNIX systems (HP-UX/AIX) and InterSystems Cache database environments.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage, fiber channel networking, backups, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
• Configure and secure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and enterprise security protocols.
• Perform relational database administration and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UNIX Administration experience in an enterprise setting.
• Strong experience with InterSystems Cache (Caché) Database Administration.
• Hands-on experience with HP-UX and/or IBM AIX operating systems.
• Proficiency in SAN/NAS storage, fiber channel networking, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and enterprise security.
• Relational Database Administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Epic environments or enterprise healthcare infrastructure.
• InterSystems Cache/IRIS or Epic certifications.
