Description

You will manage and maintain Linux servers, storage systems, and infrastructure monitoring within a complex, multi-layered environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and system software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, outages, and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain Hitachi and Pure storage systems, including SAN/NAS devices.
• Manage user accounts, including provisioning, password resets, and revoking inactive access.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and system tuning initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Unix/Linux administration.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Linux.
• Strong knowledge of Nagios for monitoring and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Puppet or similar automation tools.
• Expertise in fundamental storage activities: object, block, file, and database storage.
• Experience with Client-UX Operating Systems v11.11 and 11.31.
• Knowledge of Client AIRES and Client Service Guard.
• Familiarity with C7000 Chassis, Integrity Blades, and Virtual Connect hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Client UNIX and Linux Certification.
