Description

You will manage application production support and incident response within a Unix environment. Responsibilities Lead or triage major incident management and perform root cause analysis to implement preventative actions. Monitor application health, batch processes, and feed management to reduce alerts and failures. Investigate and troubleshoot system failures and support disaster recovery exercises. Drive solutions to reduce recovery times and resolve emerging operational trends. Direct daily risk and control flows by following established policies, procedures, and work standards. Required Skills 4+ years of application production support experience. 4+ years of Unix experience. 4+ years of SQL experience. 4+ years of Autosys experience. 4+ years of Ab Initio experience. 4+ years of Teradata experience. Any graduate degree. Preferred Skills Hadoop experience. Oracle experience. Informatica experience.
