Description

Manage application production support and incident response within a Unix environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or triage major incident management and perform root cause analysis to implement preventative actions.
• Monitor application health, batch processes, and feed management to reduce alerts and failures.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system failures and support disaster recovery exercises.
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery times and resolve emerging operational trends.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of application production support experience.
• 4+ years of Unix experience.
• 4+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years of Autosys experience.
• 4+ years of Ab Initio experience.
• 4+ years of Teradata experience.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hadoop experience.
• Oracle experience.
• Informatica experience.
