Description

Manage enterprise Unix/Linux infrastructure and drive automation initiatives across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Unix/Linux systems and operational tools.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Execute system security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure layers.
• Document technical designs, procedures, and recommendations clearly.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Unix/Linux administration.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools: Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Deep understanding of system security hardening and access control best practices.
• Solid knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, routing, and firewall fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure management at scale.
