Description

You will manage and maintain Unix systems for a long-term contract role. You will ensure system stability and automate operations through scripting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Unix systems to ensure operational stability.
• Develop and execute shell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Manage system operations using Bash and Perl.
• Interface with SQL Server environments as required.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Unix system administration.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting using Bash.
• Strong understanding of Unix system internals and operations.
• Experience working with SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Perl scripting.
