Description

Provide Unix application production support within a finance domain environment, owning technical issue resolution and production workflows under strict SLAs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support tasks and troubleshoot Linux-based processes to resolve technical issues.
• Execute support workflows across L1, L2, and L3 levels and coordinate with business teams.
• Monitor and manage jobs using scheduling tools.
• Track all support activities and workflows through ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux production support.
• Proficiency with Unix commands and scripting.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Linux processes.
• Experience working with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, Tidal, or Control-M.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar workflow tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle and its stages.
• Prior experience in the finance domain.
• Ability to operate within strict SLA requirements.
