Description

You will manage production application stability and incident resolution within a Unix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents triggered by Operation Command Center, EM Operations, Omnibus, and Splunk alerts.
  • Deploy application artifacts into production environments during approved release windows.
  • Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis for high-severity incidents and implement preventive actions.
  • Execute traffic routing to support infrastructure maintenance and manage customer onboarding.
  • Build automation scripts to reduce incident volume and improve operational processes.
  • Coordinate with development teams for defect analysis and deployment issue resolution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency with Unix systems.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of LDAP.
  • Ability to manage change tickets and navigate CAB approval processes.
  • Experience performing ad-hoc testing, verification, and validation.
  • Bachelor's degree.
