You will manage production application stability and incident resolution within a Unix environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents triggered by Operation Command Center, EM Operations, Omnibus, and Splunk alerts.
- Deploy application artifacts into production environments during approved release windows.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis for high-severity incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Execute traffic routing to support infrastructure maintenance and manage customer onboarding.
- Build automation scripts to reduce incident volume and improve operational processes.
- Coordinate with development teams for defect analysis and deployment issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
- Proficiency with Unix systems.
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of LDAP.
- Ability to manage change tickets and navigate CAB approval processes.
- Experience performing ad-hoc testing, verification, and validation.
- Bachelor's degree.
