Description

Provide L2 support for production systems, debugging issues in Unix/Linux environments and resolving incidents using SQL and software engineering principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Debug production issues across Unix/Linux environments.
• Write and debug SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Apply software engineering concepts to support tasks.
• Utilize ITSM and SDLC processes for incident management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and scripting.
• Strong SQL querying, stored procedure coding, and cursor experience.
• Experience with object-oriented programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Demonstrable debugging and coding skills.
