Description

Secure UNIX/Linux workloads and hybrid cloud infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement access control mechanisms, including centralized authentication via LDAP, Kerberos, and RADIUS.
• Develop secure configuration baselines and hardening standards for UNIX/Linux systems and containerized environments.
• Build and maintain secure automation scripts for provisioning and managing systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
• Participate in incident response, conducting root cause analysis for security incidents involving Linux systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux system administration and security roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controls.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and secure coding practices.
• Practical knowledge of access management and centralized authentication systems.
• Experience managing security across hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
