Description

You will modify and optimize Unix shell scripts to manage file transfers into Seeburger.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing Unix shell scripts using the vi editor to meet FTP file transfer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on file transfer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving scripting, FTP processes, and file transfers.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide support for existing scripts.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Unix shell scripting.
• Proficiency with Unix and Linux environments.
• Experience using the vi editor for script development and editing.
• Practical knowledge of FTP protocols.
• Experience with Seeburger or similar integration tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
