Description

You ensure the availability and reliability of production applications within the Compliance line of business.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, triage, defect resolution, and root cause analysis to maintain application stability.
• Provide on-call support for incident management and coordinate with cross-functional support teams.
• Manage real-time restoration of technical services and communicate application health to management and business partners.
• Support integrated and independent releases, including software, hardware, and server upgrades.
• Participate in disaster recovery and resiliency exercises.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Incident and Problem Management.
• Proficiency with Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Informatica.
• Ability to perform advanced query and programming for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems.
• Degree in any graduate field.
