Description
You will manage the marketing and placement of bench candidates within the US market.
Responsibilities
- Market bench candidates proactively to clients to secure placements.
- Collaborate with Client Engagement Managers to identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent service and engagement.
- Acquire new requirements from Tier 1 partners and direct clients.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in bench sales or candidate marketing.
- Proven ability to identify and capture business opportunities.
- Experience working alongside Client Engagement Managers.
- Ability to manage and strengthen client relationships.
- Track record of securing requirements from Tier 1 partners.
- Any Graduate degree.
