You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for specialized technical roles within the US market.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical competency and role fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and closing.
- Collaborate with account managers and technical leads to ensure candidate quality and alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT and Engineering recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for semiconductors, aerospace, VLSI, telecom, and medical device sectors.
- Technical understanding of hardware design, ASIC/FPGA, embedded systems, RF/microwave, and aerospace engineering.
- Familiarity with US tax terms including W2, 1099, and C2C.
- Knowledge of US visa types such as H1B, GC, TN, OPT, and CPT.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
- Ability to work US time zones (night shifts).
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, or a related field.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
