You will manage client accounts and lead recruitment teams to meet specific business targets and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the profitability and margin of assigned accounts while driving repeat business through relationship management.
- Manage team workloads by assigning daily requirements and tracking progress through regular reporting.
- Mentor and coach team members, including Senior Technical Recruiters, on sourcing, technical terms, and performance.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss position complexities, and facilitate interview setups.
- Implement new recruitment policies to accelerate hiring and ensure high standards for resume quality.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Staffing, or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in Team Management and mentoring junior staff.
- Expertise in Client Handling and relationship building.
- Strong Communication skills for client coordination and management reporting.
- Ability to manage account profitability and margin targets.
- Experience in technical skill training and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Account Management and consultative selling.
- Ability to manage recruitment workflows, including interview scheduling and deadline tracking.
Preferred Skills
