Description

You will manage client accounts and lead recruitment teams to meet specific business targets and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the profitability and margin of assigned accounts while driving repeat business through relationship management.
  • Manage team workloads by assigning daily requirements and tracking progress through regular reporting.
  • Mentor and coach team members, including Senior Technical Recruiters, on sourcing, technical terms, and performance.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss position complexities, and facilitate interview setups.
  • Implement new recruitment policies to accelerate hiring and ensure high standards for resume quality.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Staffing, or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in Team Management and mentoring junior staff.
  • Expertise in Client Handling and relationship building.
  • Strong Communication skills for client coordination and management reporting.
  • Ability to manage account profitability and margin targets.
  • Experience in technical skill training and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and consultative selling.
  • Ability to manage recruitment workflows, including interview scheduling and deadline tracking.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Sales Presentations and consultative selling.
