Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies for mass and bulk hiring workflows.
• Perform task analysis to document job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through databases, social media networks, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured, competency-based, or stress interviews.
• Onboard new employees and maintain candidate relationships throughout the selection process.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Experience with Mass Hiring and Bulk Hiring workflows.
• Ability to conduct skills assessments using work samples or psychometric tests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid decision-making and analytical skills.
• Experience in task analysis and job requirement documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
