Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT and non-IT full-time roles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for full-time positions across IT and non-IT functions.
• Manage candidate pipelines specifically for US market requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and placement data within JobDiva.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with JobDiva.
• Proven track record in US IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in US Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience managing full-time role placements only.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-volume full-time hires in the US market.
