Description

You will manage the placement and utilization of IT consultants within the US staffing market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to match consultants to appropriate assignments.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with both clients and consultants.
• Manage consultant records, including skill sets, availability, and work history.
• Report on bench activities, utilization rates, and revenue.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Experience working alongside sales and recruiting teams.
• Ability to drive and manage revenue through consultant placements.
• Strong negotiation skills for rates and terms.
• Experience maintaining consultant data and utilization tracking.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
