Description

Manage the marketing and placement of bench consultants within the US IT market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors to secure new requirements.
• Place candidates on CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B transfer roles.
• Update resumes quickly to match specific job requirements before vendor submission.
• Maintain and organize vendor databases categorized by client and region.
• Perform cold calling and monitor new market areas to expand business reach.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Proven expertise in placing CPT, OPT, and EAD candidates.
• Experience managing H1B transfers.
• Ability to maintain an active, updated bench list.
• Proficiency in updating resumes across various job boards.
• Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 vendors.
