You manage the placement of IT consultants within the US staffing market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes to place bench consultants with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Utilize databases to identify and track potential opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to drive placements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in US IT Bench Sales or staffing.
• Proficiency in Boolean searching techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relations.
• Experience with database management.
• Strong ability to convince and influence people.
• Any Graduate degree.
