Description

You will manage the end-to-end sales and placement process for IT consultants on the bench.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and job requirements using various sourcing techniques.
• Browse and submit online applications for relevant IT roles.
• Explain technical job requirements to both candidates and clients.
• Manage all communication throughout the placement lifecycle.
• Work the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Required Skills

• 2 to 7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Ability to understand and explain technical IT job requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as a self-starter.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US time zones.
• Background in technical recruiting or staffing.
