Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for IT and Non-IT roles targeting the US market.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to clarify job requirements and expectations.
• Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the final hiring process.

Required Skills

• 1-7 years of experience in US IT and Non-IT recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing and US IT staffing processes.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
• Effective communication skills for client and candidate coordination.
• Experience in screening and interviewing candidates for US-based positions.
• Proficiency in negotiating offers and closing candidates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US time zone coordination.
• Familiarity with US compliance and hiring regulations.
