Description

You will manage recruitment and business development operations for the US IT market from our Noida office. You will execute recruitment processes working with Prime Vendor T1 and drive business development initiatives to expand client reach. Manage candidate pipelines within US IT staffing frameworks while operating during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT roles.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Prime Vendor T1.
• Deep understanding of US IT skills and technical requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US Tax Terms.
• Expertise in US Visa types and regulations.
• Proven ability in Business Development.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida Sector 63.
