Description

You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Negotiate tax terms across W2, C2C, and FTE models.
• Utilize Boolean search strings to identify qualified talent through various job portals.
• Collaborate with the team to understand and fulfill specific client requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing as a Technical Recruiter.
• Proven expertise in negotiating W2, C2C, and Full Time (FTE) tax terms.
• Proficiency with Ceipal ATS.
• Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ability to build and execute complex Boolean search strings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Koramangala office 3 days a week.
