You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles from Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions in the US market.
• Source and vet candidates based on specific technical requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview feedback.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Proven track record in US IT recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong understanding of US technical hiring trends.
• Experience with Boolean search and sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, Karnataka.
