You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles within the US market.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to define role requirements and source suitable technical candidates.
• Write and publish technical job descriptions across IT job boards and social media.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through structured interviews and technical assessments.
• Maintain a candidate CRM to ensure a consistent pipeline and accurate data.
• Network with IT professionals at tech conferences and meetups to build talent pools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, specifically as a Technical Recruiter.
• Ability to understand and explain complex IT job requirements.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing.
• Proficiency with interview tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
