You will own end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT and functional roles, managing both full-time and contract hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill end-to-end recruitment requirements for US IT positions.
• Execute bulk-hiring initiatives targeting 8-10 hires per year.
• Build and map candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and handle recruitment escalations.
• Drive candidate engagement to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• 2-10 years of experience in US IT or Functional IT recruitment.
• Proficiency with Dice, LinkedIn, Twitter, and GitHub for sourcing.
• Experience managing W2 hiring processes.
• Strong data-driven approach to recruitment metrics.
• Ability to articulate complex information via email and telephone.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Effective candidate mapping and pipeline building capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume bulk hiring within the US market.
