Description

Manage the full lifecycle of US IT recruitment to meet client requirements and submission deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates with specific technical skills through headhunting, internet sourcing, and networking.
• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, interviewing, and managing technical queries through candidate onboarding.
• Submit high-quality profiles within tight turnaround times to meet requisition deadlines.
• Post vacancies on job portals and maintain a continuous candidate database.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding technological skills, pay rates, and location preferences.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in end-to-end US IT staffing.
• Deep understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, 1099, contract, and contract-to-hire.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in screening resumes, interviewing, and resolving technical queries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Any Graduate degree.
