You will manage full-cycle IT recruitment processes for the US market from Chennai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for various IT roles.
• Source and vet technical candidates based on specific project requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Proven track record in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
