You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements, working EST shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles in the US market.
• Source potential candidates using niche IT platforms and databases.
• Conduct interviews, document findings, and provide detailed reports to hiring managers.
• Develop action plans to identify and procure candidates meeting specific technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic global hiring programs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Thorough understanding of technical requirements and IT roles.
• Knowledge of US work visas, including H1B, E3, and TN.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work EST shifts.
