Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles. You will source candidates, screen for client requirements, and coordinate interviews while maintaining relationships with external staffing partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates using job listing websites and direct outreach channels.
• Partner with external headhunters and staffing agencies to expand the talent pool.
• Conduct candidate interviews to verify alignment with specific client requirements.
• Execute cold calling, email outreach, and schedule interviews efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing candidate relationships and track daily recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• Boolean Searching techniques for effective candidate sourcing.
• Full-cycle Recruiting and Interviewing experience.
• Strong Negotiation and Communication skills.
• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and process familiarity.
• Information Technology domain awareness.
• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Minimum 70% marks in all academic courses (SSC, Inter, Bachelors).

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing high-volume US IT requirements.
• Experience working with external staffing agencies and headhunters.
