Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT and non-IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job listing websites, direct outreach, and cold calling.
• Screen applicants against client requirements and schedule interviews efficiently.
• Partner with external headhunters and staffing agencies to expand the talent pool.
• Maintain ongoing candidate relationships and track daily recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Boolean searching techniques for effective candidate sourcing.
• Full-cycle recruiting and interviewing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Human Resources (HR) process familiarity.
• Information Technology domain awareness.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Minimum 70% marks in all academic courses (SSC, Inter, Bachelors).

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing high-volume US IT requirements.
• Experience working with external staffing agencies and headhunters.
