· Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
· Experience with full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
· Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
· Strong knowledge of technical terminologies and skills relevant to IT & Non-IT roles (e.g., Cloud, AI, ERP, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
· Solid understanding of Visas, US employment types and tax terms (C2C, W2 and 1099)
· Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.
· Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines within SLA.
· Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline and excel reports
