Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the US staffing market.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruiting lifecycle including requirement gathering, candidate prospecting, screening, and submission follow-up.
- Source candidates using advanced Boolean queries and innovative search terms on major job boards.
- Manage various employment models including Corp-to-Corp, W2, and Full-time requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requirement logs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms and staffing models.
- Proven ability to manage Corp-to-Corp, W2, and Full-time placements.
- Strong technical literacy and understanding of IT skill sets.
- Expertise in writing Boolean strings for candidate sourcing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to maintain requirement logs via spreadsheets.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
