Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the US staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruiting lifecycle including requirement gathering, candidate prospecting, screening, and submission follow-up.
• Source candidates using advanced Boolean queries and innovative search terms on major job boards.
• Manage various employment models including Corp-to-Corp, W2, and Full-time requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requirement logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Deep understanding of US tax terms and staffing models.
• Proven ability to manage Corp-to-Corp, W2, and Full-time placements.
• Strong technical literacy and understanding of IT skill sets.
• Expertise in writing Boolean strings for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to maintain requirement logs via spreadsheets.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
