You will manage end-to-end US IT recruitment cycles within the EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for various software technology roles.
• Manage candidate communications using professional written and verbal English.
• Navigate US visa classifications and tax terms during the hiring process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities to meet specific time zone requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Deep understanding of visa classifications including H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa.
• Knowledge of different US tax terms.
• Familiarity with various software technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
