Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit IT talent for various US-based clients.
  • Utilize networking and sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define specific requirements and needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting through to offer acceptance.

Required Skills

  • 3-9 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
  • Proven experience recruiting for both US IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Information Technology industry.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Ability to define specific role requirements with hiring managers.
