- Identify and recruit IT talent for various US-based clients.
- Utilize networking and sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and organizational fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define specific requirements and needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting through to offer acceptance.
Required Skills
- 3-9 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Proven experience recruiting for both US IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills.
- Deep understanding of the Information Technology industry.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Ability to define specific role requirements with hiring managers.
