Description

Manage the full lifecycle of US IT recruitment to meet specific client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting Coordinators to understand technical requirements.
• Execute sourcing strategies including headhunting, internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on technical skills and job specifications.
• Manage candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in US IT Staffing or US IT Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with US Tax terms and Visa types.
• Deep understanding of IT and technical concepts.
• Proven experience working with Implementation Clients.
• Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing and Screening.
• Experience in Client Relationship Management.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
